Shipping & Returns
SleepMarket, LLC. Hours of Operation

SleepMarket, LLC. corporate office and shipping department is open Monday - Friday 8a.m. - 5p.m. CST . All orders are to either be placed online, by fax, phone, mail and or e-mail. Due to the sensitive nature of our business, SleepMarket, LLC. does not allow walk-in customers. We close for all government observed holidays.

Methods of Payment

Credit Card Payments
Credit Cards are currently accepted via SleepMarket, LLC. Orders are processed via a secure connection to our payment processor. All order and credit card information is secured over SSL.

PayPal Payments
SleepMarket, LLC. chose PayPal for many reasons. PayPal is a convenient way to send money over the Internet. Paypal has over 40 million users. With PayPal, sending money is extremely simple and its free. We trust PayPal because we are assured of secure transactions without having know our customers credit card information. You should trust PayPal because your credit card information is kept safe and secure (vendors, never see your credit card information when you make a payment through PayPal).

Of course some people may prefer to avoid buying on-line altogether. In that case, you may pay us by money order and or personal check.

All money orders should be made payable to SleepMarket, LLC. and sent via mail to the

Personal Checks
All checks are held for 10 business days. Orders placed with a check will be held for 10 business days. Once 10 business days is complete, the order will be released and shipped. All returned checks will be charged a $25 USD return check fee. Counter checks will not be accepted. Checks should be sent to the following address (Please include a copy of your order):

Ground Shipments

SleepMarket, LLC. ships our orders via ground shipping (DHL,USPS, UPS and FedEx) anywhere in the continental United States. We also ship internationally. A typical ground shipment can take up to 7-10 days for delivery. All ground orders that are placed before 12 PM CST Monday - Friday ship the same day (Except for observed holidays). In the case of a holiday, the order will ship the following normal business day. Ground orders placed after 12 noon CST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday.

Overnight Shipments

We cannot ship overnight to International address. All overnight orders that are placed before 12 PM CST Monday - Friday ship the same day (Except for observed holidays). In the case of a holiday, the order will ship the following normal business day. Overnight orders placed after 12 noon CST on Friday will not ship until the following Monday. Overnight fees do not include Saturday Delivery. Orders for products placed for Friday overnight will not arrive until Monday morning.
We do not overnight any package to PO Boxes. All overnight packages must provide a physical address.

Undeliverable Shipments

Shipments that are returned as undeliverable are always issued a full refund. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order on our Web site.

International Shipments

Some restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations. There may be times when SleepMarket, LLC. is required to deny an order based on geographical location. International customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs. International orders cannot ship overnight.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order has entered a shipping status. If a cancellation is placed within 24 hours and the order has not entered a shipping status, a refund will be issued. All refunds are usually processed within 7-14 days. If a cancellation is placed after the order ships it is up to the customer to refuse the shipment. Once the unopened shipment is received, we will issue a full refund less shipping and handling charges and re-stocking fee. This process is usually completed within 7-14 days of receipt of the refused shipment. SleepMarket, LLC. always reserves the right to cancel any order at any time as we may see fit.

Returns & Refunds

At SleepMarket, LLC., management and staff stand behind our product 100%. We work hard to provide the highest quality products and services, but there are times when someone will make a purchase from us and find the product does'nt fit their needs or meet their particular expectations. You can return an item that has not been opened and was ordered within the last 15 days. Every item that is returned is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please notify us by email or telephone if you plan to return an item so that we can authorize the return.

or support@sleepmarket.com to have your product returned and refunded. This number must be displayed on the outside of all returned packages. SleepMarket, LLC. will not accept any Returned packages without an RMA number. Once a return is received the refund process will take 7 to 14 business days.

You have 30 days from the date of the original purchase (Invoice Date) to return the product to receive your refund. Any return received after the 30 day time limit will not be processed.

We will not tolerate or accept excessive returns.
